WHAT IS EMOTIONAL BALANCING?

Emotional Balancing assists the body in detecting and eradicating the negative emotional influences that can sabotage our lives. These influences can contribute to ill health.

Research has clearly found that what happens in the brain has an effect on the body. Dr. Caroline Leaf, a cognitive neuroscientist, has found what you think and choose will impact your mind, body and spirit. So by working through your thoughts and choices – and the related stored emotions attached – you can often see changes in your behavioural and physical conditions.
